20oz imperial pint in a tradition english pint glass
Beer was a light copper/yellow with low density white head that stuck around a while.
wonderful smell of light citrus and hops. very pleasant and crisp.
Taste was pretty good on the hops side, but needed a touch more malt for balance.
light bodied and very easy to drink with noticable floral tones.

Appears a nice clear light amber with sparse head and minimal lacing. The nose is lightly hopped with piney notes paired with grain and caramel malt. The taste matches the nose. Light malts, moderate hop character with notes of light pine and a touch of grass. Mouthfeel is light and and highly carbonated. Overall, nothing bad about this beer, pretty well balanced.

Packaging: 22 oz. brown bottle, pry-cap
Glassware: Nonic pint
Purchased: Single from World Market
A: Pours at first a semi-clear copper color, but then the 2nd pour yields more of a haziness as noted in the name. Head is tall and creamy with excellent retention and attractive rings of lace. A fine looking beer
S: Aromas start with citrus-smelling hops that reminder me of orange zest and lemongrass. There's also some sweetness in the aroma from caramel malt.
T/M: The first taste features the crisp, high carbonation feel, followed by flavor notes of fresh hoppy bitterness from lemon and grapefruit citrus. A bready malt backbone also lends to the taste for balance. Medium in body, the finish is bitter from the hops, but not overly so.
O: I found this to be a good tasting, moderately-hoppy pale ale that has some interesting balance to keep it from being one-dimensional.
