A-dark amber with a nice cream colored head
S-chlorine like scent of minty herbs and lemon. Some biscuity honey
T-comes in with a flavor of chlorine and citrus. There's a slight Tate's of Belgian wit spices and bitterness. It's an odd mix. Not great. Matching after taste.
M-medium carbonation with a bitter finish
O-just a terrible beer. Difficult to finish. Hardly a Saison at all. The flavors are not of high quality and they don't mesh well.

A: Pours an opaque copper with a tan head.
S: Orange blossom honey, strawberry, tropical fruit and malt thickly blanket and mask hoppier scents of orange and pine, as well as fruity yeast esters.
T: Wowzers… that's all I can say to describe my first sip. It is a sweet beer. Often honey doesn't come through so strong, but the first thing you taste is sweet wildflower and orange blossom honeys (the citric and floral notes may be from hops, but if they are, they are quite well blended, like hopped honey…. hopped honey! That should be a thing. Hopped everything!)… Following that are cinnamon, nutmeg, some orange/pine hoppiness, Like a hoppy saison in the finish. In later sips, more fruits, peach, even some poppy come through. This beer starts out sweet and finishes dry. Mouthfeel is very much like a typical saison.
M: Medium bodied, though perhaps a bit thicker than medium, and somewhat harsh.
O: Perhaps the whiskey I had earlier wrecked my pallet, but this seemed off to me. It's interesting, and perhaps worth a try. I'm just not sure.
