Nice friendly pub atmosphere. I've been there three times in the past two months. Servers have been quick, friendly, and helpful. All three times I've had large salads, all very good. I'm a malty dark beer fan, so absolutely love the chocolate porter "Shake."
Had the Shake on nitro and CO2... prefer the CO2. Also had the chocolate porter as a milkshake, which was good if you are in the mood for a dessert beer.

Really nice outside patio facing southwest. Plenty of parking. If you can't find a spot in the parking lot, park on the street that circles around the building. It is a comfortable, casual pub with a nicely quirky staff. The only disappointment I had were the french fries which I didn't like. I really prefer sweet potato fries, so I may not be a good judge on the fries.

In the past I've avoided the Wilderness Pub because I didn't really care for their beers, but the Shake is a big hit for us! We will be adding this to our regular pub outings.

Went for the tour, stayed for lunch, which was quite good and reasonably priced. I got a burrito of sorts if my memory recalls accurately. Tour was fun but if you already know how beer is made, there really is no need to attend. You get a ton of free beer at the end (like pitchers worth) so that was cool. Servers were helpful and nice so I can't fault them there. My only issue is that I can get everything they had on draft in New Jersey in bottles. Was hoping for a few more experimental beers having made the trek across country. I guess they just have to keep up with the production/bottling to fully experiment like other smaller breweries.
