A big shout out to cpolking for sending this beer. Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a pretty amberish color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is dominated by citrus. Taste is hops, citrus, some bitterness, a bit of malts, tasty and flavorful. Feels medium bodied and bitter in the mouth and overall is a beer worth seeking out.

Canned on 6.11.12

A. Poured from a tall boy can into a perfect pint glass. A big fluffy, at least an inch and a half, off-white head that does not stick around for too long. A bit of lacing. Burnt orange/amber coloring, mostly translucent with what appears to be a bit of floating sediment.

S. Surprisingly, this does not smell as I expected. Hops seems muted. Some sweet/citrus smells, but otherwise not terribly impressive

T. I am not as impressed with this as I want to be. Decent citrus hops -- grapefruit, orange. I also taste a sweet malt presence as well. This is good, but not great.

M. Slightly carbonated, not terribly smooth.

O. This is an OK beer, I'd try it again, but overall, it is not among my absolute favorites.

Orange copper color with a pale yellow bubbly head. Burst of fresh hops, pine and citrus zest in the pungent, earthy aroma. Rich, bittersweet hop uproar in the first sip. Creamy and sweet molasses, citrus rinds and roasted nuts in the body. Hoppy, crisp; with almost a minty sense to the mouthfeel. Succulent medium sized body with a balanced carbonation. Pleasantly hoppy, refreshing finish with a sticky mouthfeel. I continue to be impressed by craft canned beer, a great example.

A - A finger of off-white head of larger bubbles. Body is very cloudy and a nice orange/brown color. Great lacing.

S - Smooth, sweet citrus. Nice grapefruit and orange scents. Simple and great hops.

T - Complex and interesting. Nice grapefruit of course, then some orange rind. Moderate hops. A sweetness to it that I can't nail down. Very piney.

M - Nothing special, but fine. Strong carbonation and medium body.

O - A great beer. Very complex flavors yet very will balanced. A bit harsh, but otherwise nice.

I wasn't even expecting this beer, but the ever gracious BA Steimie offered it up for a trade and I gladly excepted.

Pours a nice amber color although cloudy, with about a 1 finger head that leaves lacing all the way down the glass while drinking.

The aroma was wonderful on this beer! Piney, but a nice sweet smell as well that I just can't place. Doesn't seem like a citrus cent. I just can't place it.

The taste is wonderful as well! Very piney as mentioned above, but well balanced for a hop head like me. This is an IPA with the taste of a 2xIPA but the ABV of a single IPA. I LOVE IT!

Mouthfeel scored hight for me because I liked the high carbonation and bitterness. Still had a good malty feel as well.

Overall, I loved this! With the name Furious, it did fit very well. This IPA has a furious hit of hops, and I will definitely get it again if I get the opportunity.
