Thanks to UncleJedi for a can of this special treat.
A-Hazy, glowing copper with a medium light tan head that slowly reduced to a thin cap that leaves nice swaths of lace.
S-Grassy citrus blast from the ton(literally) of fresh pick wet hops. A healthy dose of caramel malt melds nicely and adds adequate balance without overpowering the hop goodness.
T-Powerful citrus (grapefruit and orange being dominate) zing with a surprising dose of spiciness. The sweet caramel covered biscuit malt adds balance and support without being intrusive as in the aroma.
M-Medium bodied and somewhat sticky on the palate with all those hop oils going on. Long lingering hop bitterness and spiciness.
D-Nicely done but for some reason the spiciness becomes a tad strong and begins to detract from the pleasantness of the citrusy goodness. I certainly like it but I don't love it.
