From tasting notes. Had this on tap at the Bryant lake Bowl. L: A brilliant amber gold pour. S: Not a huge amount of aroma, some citrus. T: Starts soft and fruity with grapefruit rind, citrus and a faint hint of vegetable. Slightly sweet balanced with a nice treatment of hops. F: Medium light with a soft, Brett texture. O: Kind of an in between Brett with a nice dose of hops. Very approachable.
