a beautiful clean orange/copper pour with a full 2 fingers of white head which dissipated slowly giving off some great lacing. smells of piney grapefruit hops, caramel, bready/biscuity. not overly hoppy flavor, meaning the hops are there bu si in the back of the palate. the hops are grassy, herbal, mint-like, with notes of pine, grapefruit citrus, the malt profile is bready with hints of caramel sweetness. medium body, creamy mouthfeel, with modest amount of carbonation.
really enjoying this one. perfectly balanced ipa.. never a disappointment from this brewery.
