500ml bottle, consumed Mar 2011, BBE Jun 2011.
A - Pale golden body with a loosely-bubbled head that dissipates fairly quickly, leaving a thin covering, thick lacing and a fair bit of cling to the glass.
S - Very pleasant sweet fruity aroma with biscuity malt notes and a little citrusy hop that provides almost a citrus rind undertone.
T - Hops lead on the taste, providing a good balance between hop bitterness and the sweet malt and citrusy fruit notes that are so prominent in the aroma. Finishes with a lingering bitter aftertaste.
M - Medium body, light carbonation, smooth with lingering bitterness.
O - Very pleasant overall, either on its own or as a session drink.

Color- hazy sunshine. Full head.
Aroma- floral, hints of pineapple, and hint of bread.
Taste- a gentle, sublime English IPA. Starts with a hoppiness that balances between mild citrus and floral, then transitions to an effervescent farmhouse ale with notes of earthiness, and finishes with mild lemon-like hops. Has some similarities to a Belgian IPA but with more balanced hoppiness.
Poured from 500 ml bottle into a Liefmans Goudenband glass (my preferred all purpose beer tasting glass). Tasted July 2014. Purchased at Whole Foods in Austin.

This beer was a pleasant surprise. I am used to drinking super-hoppy and bitter beers. However, this beer had a nice bit of hops but it was very smooth and very easy to drink. On top of the hops, I also got subtle notes of citrus, pine, and grass. Would definitely want to drink again.
