Very nice people in this place especially my boy ramon. They are conveniently located right off the freeway on vicent ave. next to the west covina mall. The craft brews are mostly san diego beer like stone, mission, ballast point, but they do have some belgians and also beer from northern cali. selection is small but decent if you need to stop to get beer on the way to LA. They also carry warm beer on shelves if you prefer to buy them that way. I frequent this spot when I'm in the area. Oh.. not to mention they have a great liquor selection if your into the hard ish.

I was at the mall that's right on the other side of the freeway, so I figured I'd stop in here to see what it was all about.
The place is pretty small, and you don't really see any of the beer at first. It's on the left hand side of the coolers. There are some shelves with beer on them and a few doors of craft beer.
The selection was not all that extensive, but some decent finds. beers from Caldera, Bootleggers, Stone, Moylans, the Bruery, and the usual CA suspects. A few imports, but nothing amazing.
There was a little bargain table which was actually the most interesting. There were some 2007 Sierra Nevada IPAs (not Torpedo, the actual IPA). I grabbed one just for a laugh.
The service was definitely lacking, but I wasn't too worried about it. The guy at least was friendly when I walked in the store and when I was checking out.
The prices are about average, nothing to comment on either way.

I just left this establishment, and I have no complaints about the service. in fact, the clerk was quite friendly, letting me know there were some holes in their inventory that were to be filled by Wednesday. I was impressed with their selection, including 4 Bruery offerings. Their selection runs the gamut - they have an impressive selection of California Belgians. I was looking for ink-black beer, and they didn't disappoint - North Coast Old Rasputin and Sierra Nevada Stout are keeping me company this evening.
They are a bit pricey, but they're a neighborhood convenience store that happens to have a decent selection of beer. I was impressed, in an understated way.
It's right off I-10 - Vincent Ave (exit 35).

Stopped here on my way back to Redlands from my parent's house this afternoon, right off the 10 freeway across the way from the big mall, next door to a video store and a laundromat, does not look too appealing from the outside but they had a sign painted on their window that claimed they had the best beer selection in town, beer fridges were in the back, lots of the beers were well beyond their best before date, there was also some bombers sitting outside on a shelf, some standouts I saw were Full Sail Slipknot IPA, Stone 2008 Old Guardian, Alesmith Speedway Stout, Moylan's IPA, Sierra Nevada 2007 Bigfoot, Port Wipeout IPA, and some Abbaye de Rocs brews, about eight beers were fifty percent off and they consisted of Belgians and other imports including Duvel, Petrus, Trappistes Rochefort 8 that ended up only being three dollars a bottle, and Chimay Blue, prices were a little steep and the Stone stuff was almost two dollars more than I usually get it, think the six pack of Bigfoot was around twelve dollars, the guy working was rude when I asked him a question and he pretty much blew me off, then looked at me funny when I was leaving the store, place is not the cleanest or in the nicest part of town but it would be a decent stop if you are in the area, probably will not go back myself, especially with Lone Hill just a few miles away

I live two exists off the 10 from this place and I used to stop by only when visiting a friend that lives off of Vincent. This all changed once the new owners started making changes. They now have a pretty good selection of micros and a budding Belgian selection as well. It is pretty apparent that the owners are are trying to accomadate the beer loving crowd by building a decent selection. Not exactly a gargantuan selection by any means, but what they do have is great. A good place to pick up a few beers if one happens to be passing by.

i've lived a couple signals down from this place for practicaly my whole life and really never went in there until about almost a year ago. when i looked up for what stores had arrogant bastard i noticed freeway had it. so, after getting my first arrogant bastard, i kept going back in for more and also to try other brews. they have a good american craft beer selection along with a good amount of belgian ales as well. pretty much all the rugular year round stone products are available. also a variety of bear rupublic, rogue, sierra nevada, lost coast, avery, young's, chimay, unibroue, paulaner, ect. the clerk durring the afternoon is very friendly. if there is a beer you are looking for he will right it down and get it for you. the guy durring the night times is kind of a hassel. hard to ask him when a certain beer you ask for is coming in. overall it's a pretty decent store.
