I had this at the Princeton location. It was served at cellar temperature in a pint glass. It is a light amber, almost honey color. Not a lot of carbonation.
It lives up to its name, as the hoppy bitterness prevailed over the malt, but it definitely was not a hop bomb. You do get a bit of the hops citrus flavors.
I didn't get a lot of aroma, but allergies had my sinuses a bit plugged, so I'm not holding that against it.
All in all, a decent bitter that succeeds in its goal of being a British style bitter. Paired better with the food than the imperial stout I also sampled.

Bartender called it a bitter brewed in the tradition of Burton on Trent, Not exactly sure of the ABV but it's above 5 so I would've called it a British Pale but then again I don't work there and honestly don't really care so here goes:
Appearance: Pours fairly clear light golden color off the handpump with a big fluffy white head.
Smell: Some biscuity/bready malts and traces of grassy hops mingle around but fairly clean nose. Maybe a tidbit of DMS coming through but only due to the lack of a strong masking aroma, not too distracting though.
Taste: Bready malt background with a tinge of hops (maybe something like fuggles or willamette) with a smooth cleansing bitter backbone. Overall very clean without any real problems.
Mouthfeel: Light bodied and creamy with a palate cleansing effect on the backbone.
Drinkability: Very drinkable, goes well with most foods and stays in the background while still having a bit of flavor to spice things up. Not bad, I'd grab a few over the course of a couple hours.
