Triumph is one of my favorite places to go for a late night dinner. they are practically the only place in princeton that is open till midnight, save haven. they always have their stuff on tap, and a full bar that can cater to any drink, pretty much. the food is really good but it is has new york prices, something princeton likes to do a lot. I never go for anything more than the burger or the fish and chips. they do not let you carry out the stout in growlers, but the bengal ipa is the only thing worth taking home, imo. cool layout, as they have the brewing tanks right in sight, and have tours, of course. the place gets pretty packed, so service can slip at times. the vibe of the place can also get a bit obnoxious, pending on when you go, but mostly it is a good crowd of people (i.e. the ones who like good beer) having a good time.

In a prime location in downtown Princeton, Triumph is always a solid option for food and brews. Upon entering, you walk down a long hallway until you reach the main dining room/bar area. The bar is split into two levels with plenty of seating. Seven or eight beers on tap with a good mix of styles. On my last visit, they had an English Bitter on cask. I made that my first beer and it was excellent. Paired well with a bowl of their curry lentil soup, followed up with mushroom toast. I also had a Kellerbier, which was good but not on the level of the Bitter. Service was fine.
I have enjoyed all of my visits to Triumph. I've been to their New Hope location as well and the food in both is always top notch. A little pricey but the quality is high.

Beer is very good, limited selection but could. Still find a few things that I enjoyed. Food was really well made and more than enjoyable. Had a mixed crowd but I was there for lunch so it may have a different feel at other times of the week

A great place with a nice atmosphere and vibe. The food is absolutely delicious and the service very friendly and good. The beer selection is somewhat limited but I loved the fact that they tell you when each beer was brewed and what are the beers that are currently being brewed in their in-house brew house.

A good place, doesn’t have a lot of natural light and prices can be a little high. Even for Princeton.

Right on the main street of Princeton, (Nassau) across the street from the university with it's amazing gothic architecture. Very cool dining area, in a converted warehouse, with seating on different levels on an open floor plan. Great bar below and when I go for dinner, I love to sit in the upper level against the rail and look down at the bar and other tables and see the large brewing tanks.

8/14...worthy stop right across the street from Princeton. Split level open space. Large selection of brews on tap, with an eight beer sampler availability. Everything well poured and the staff aptly described the characteristics. Was impressed with the quality of the brews. Good food menu, aiming for slightly upscale and certainly creative.

The 7 beer sampler for $13 is a bargain. Decided the hand pump ESB was best offering.

You'd hope for more from such a cool looking place. A bit disappointed for sure.

The menu looked good but the actual food didn't live up to the hype. The beer wasn't much better.
