The Morimoto thing with the picture on the label and the whole bit seemed a tad gimmicky and had me wary from the start. However, the initial skepticism faded shortly after opening the bottle. It's golden-peach with a nice foamy head that leaves lace all the way down the glass. The smell is bready, nicely hoppy, and has undercurrents of orange peel. The taste is also reminiscent of bread or biscuit, with a nice citrus taste balancing things very nicely. It's very refreshing and eminently drinkable. This is a very delicate beer that would go nicely with a light meal, maybe an Asian salad or an appetizer of oysters on the half-shell.

12 ounce bottle from the brewery in Issaquah
A: light brown amber, hazy, small tan head that disappears quickly
Smell: not a lot of arroma, some grains
Taste: not a lot of taste, low bitterness
Palate: lively carbonation, finish is not abrupt but not long
Overall: good beer not ok to repeat, not to look for

Brewed with buckwheat, this beer is a nice example of beer with plenty of cereal notes, both in smell as taste.
It has a turbid orange color and a beige foam that leves a nice lace.
It looks, smells and tastes like a typical american ale. It's hoppy and malty, cereal and grainy notes are definitly the highlights in this beer. Fruity character is quite small, as well as yeasty notes. It's still possible to taste and smell citrus, wheat and bread notes.
Feel is nice, it has a somewhat light body with appropriate carbonation. Aftertaste is a bit dry and definitely bitter.

Amber color with a beige two finger head with good retention.
Light aroma with notes of oranges, bread, maybe almonds and malt sweetness.
Flavor with notes of orange-lemon citrusy, wheat, a bit of pine, flowers and spices, mildly nutty, honey, rogue yeast and finishing with a subtle toasted. If you try hard, you can swear this tastes like real noodles (you can identify this as nuts as well). Dry aftertaste with a bordering medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Pleasant and super easy to drink thirst quencher. Not boring given the noddle twist and Rogues related notes. Perfect for hot days or eating with noodles or Asian food.

Pours clear and slightly orange with a pleasing buckwheat nose, reminiscent of Japanese soba noodles. Very small head and a little lacing. There is a some fruit on the nose, with a sweet aroma. The finish is fairly short with a well balanced bitter, sweet and sour smack.

I poured this beer from a 12oz bottle, it has a light orange color body with a small head. The smell has has a light wheat aroma. The taste has a little spice upfront then the wheat to play on the back of the tongue. The mouthfeel is smooth and is a easy drinking beer.
