I wasnt sure what to think when buying this beer cause amber nut browns are one of my least liked styles. Im really glad I did. As a result of not being to fond of the style, I though this was a great beer. The deep amber color is complemented by a milky thick body of tiny bubbles. Ive never had an amber be so complex. It has a strong caramel taste and I get hints of smoked bacon. This would be great with a ham. The nose has a strong sent of brown sugar. The finish leaves a great sticky smoky brown sugar taste in your mouth. Mouth feel is very impressive. It feels a lot lighter then it looks making it go down maybe a little too quick. This is the master of nutbrowns.
