12oz brown bottle poured into a pint glass
A- Copper in color with reddish hues. Small creamy half finger head which fades quickly.
S- Malty, Malty, Malty. Nutty, hazelnut aromas and toasted malts
M- A great blend of toasted flavor and malty sweetness. Some subtle bitterness to keep things in check. Ends with smoky chocolate notes and finishes with a nice nuttiness. As the taste lingers on the tongue, some honey flavors creep in and add to the sweetness.
M- Nice medium body with smooth as silk carbonation.
O- An extremely balanced and complex beer. A great blend of malt sweetness and nuttiness. A delicious dessert beer! One of my favorite takes on an American Brown Ale.

12oz Bottle from the Wegman's Syracuse NY for 3$
Appearance - Hazy brown colour with a small size fizzy beige head. I can't make out the amount of carbonation showing and there is some fair lacing. The head lasted for only 2-3 minutes before it was gone.
Smell - Malts, hazelnuts, caramel
Taste & Mouth - There is a below average amount of carbonation and I can taste malts, chocolate, and some caramel. There is also a lot of hazelnuts.. can't say I've ever had beer that tasted quite like this. It ends with a malty sweet and nutty aftertaste.
Overall - I really good beer that I would like to have on hand for whenever the mood strikes. It's not something that I'd want to drink all night long, but a it's a nice tasty change of pace beer.
