This is my first beer from Rogue Brewery and I didn't know what to expect. So here is my review.
A- Poured a cloudy light amber-orange color with 1 inch of white head. The head dissipated to about 3/8 inch. The lacing on the glass was decent but nothing to brag about,
S- Lots of bread and yeast along with sweet malts and just a faint hint of citrus.
T- As the smell warned, lots of bread and yeast along with large amounts of caramel malts. Very little hops were noticed. It was definitely unbalanced with more malts than hops....but in this beer it worked great!! The citrus I picked up on in the smell was nowhere to be found.
M- Medium heavy mouthfeel with the perfect amount of carbonation.
D- Farly drinkable beer. I wouldn't recommend it for a session beer, non the less I could down a couple.
Now that I've had this beer from Rogue I'll have to try them all!
