650 mL poured into pint glass. Served 50-55 F.
A: Orange brown. Random CO2 trails. No head, just a couple of bubbles. No lace.
S: Holy fucking bacon. I mean the bacon flavor from a cheese can. Sweet malts.
T: Smoked malts give a red meat dominated body.. Sweetness comes with the malts that is balanced with resiny hops.
M: Very light on tongue. Drying if anything.
D: Its unique. It would be paired well with a bloody mary. One of the lighter smokes I've had.

On tap at Rogue brewpub in Eugene, poured into a pint glass.
A-Pours a dark golden amber, slightly opaque. Has a very thin top of off white head, visible lacing.
S-Smoked oak, caramel malt.
T-Sweet caramel malt, campfire smoke, slight hoppy bitterness. There's even the smallest hint of sour granny smith apple.
M-Light medium body, very light carbonation.
O-Pleasant smoke ale with light balance. The smoke flavor isn't overwhelming and I'd prefer more of it also more carbonation.
