A - Hazy orange tangerine with a distinct murkiness and the appearance of dense yeast. A fluffy white head dissipates into a constant thin layer with a beautiful lacing that never leaves.
S- Bread yeast and tart lemon permeate through with a layer of soapiness.
T - Salty butter thickness mellows out that bitter sting of this rather un-brutal IPA. The pine and tartness lingers and tingles pleasantly, however the creaminess is what gives the beer its distinct originality. Mouthfeel is creamy and thicker than most American IPAs.
O- Although clearly an IPA, it's nuanced mellow flavor makes this brew less of a kick in the mouth than its shaper bretheren.
