A: Hazy orange with tints of yellow. Single finger head of off white foam sinks to a thin but constant layer. Nice, fine lacing.
S: Crisp, clean hoppy smell emanates from the glass. Full, heady and enticing.
T: Crisp hop taste rolls over the outer edges of the tongue to blend with a sweetish biscuit-y malt flavor in the center of the tongue.
M: Carbonation bite on the outer tongue is followed by a long, dry finish on the center tongue. Medium bodied mouthfeel.
D: I think/hope this is pretty low alcohol. I could definitely find myself putting back a few of these in a night. Heavy and thick enough to hold up to cool weather, while crisp and dry enough to work in warm weather.
Served: in a standard pint glass.
