Cloudy opaque amber, with a huge head of rich and sudsy, tan bubbles. Lace is thick and loopy, but erratic.
Nose is biscuity and toasty, with a hint of caramel.
Taste is similarly toasty and bready, and pretty well typical of an American amber ale. Overall, a solid, if unremarkable amber.
