Exceptional little brew. Poured from a 22oz bomber into three different glasses for a tasting between friends. Very pretty cloudy orange, mild head that leaves a thick lacing. Yeast settles to bottom of cup.

The smell is dominated by ginger, with a touch of malt.

The flavor is wonderful, a touch of malty sweetness at first followed by the flavors of Ginger mostly and a touch of corriander. The wheat flavors run stealthily behind complementing the spices perfectly. A small bite of hops at the end, not very bitter, but with a touch of spice that accents the ginger.

Unfortunately, as the beer warmed and loss carbonation, the mouthfeel became watery and it the flavors seemed to diminish a little.

With fresh bombers i could drink this beer all night, something truly unique.

A: A very bright golden straw and a big 3 finger fluffy white head. Not hazy like your typical wit/hefe, but nice looking nevertheless.

S: Sweetness of wheat aided by addition of rose water. Delicate floral notes. Some spiciness. Light coriander.

M: Light but has a good carbonation to give it a nice creamy backbone. Excellent level of tartness at finish.

T/O: Light and lingering bitterness, almost akin to the pleasant spiciness of ginger. Nice breadiness and wheat flavors. Sweet twang of rose tips might assist hop bitterness as well. Really great springtime beer, more of American Pale Wheat than typical hefe or wit, but highly drinkable beer due to how the mouthfeel compliments the sweetness of this beer.

22 oz bottle poured into a 36 oz mug. Sweet smell and robust wheat flavors for a hefeweizen. No bubblegum or banana flavors like other hefeweizens, much more of a wheat and sweet cream flavor with hints of lemon. Very drinkable, and very good if you like wheat beer.
