On tap at Frisco's in Columbia, MD. This is not a dopplebock, no matter which way you spin it.
A: Orange with a thin white head. A little murky in an appealing way
S: Hops - citrus with a prominent mango component. The malts are present with hints of caramel.
T: This is a very poor dopplebock but it is fine in its own way. Massive hop aroma up front with just enough malt to come through in the middle. The finish is dry and bitter. Nothing exceptional but it's still worthy.
M: Well carbonated and pleasant
D: I'm not sure I'd want another
Serving type: on-tap
