Yellow Snow growler into pint
Pours with an overflowing creamy offwhite head that has great
retention and sticky lace on top of a hazy orange/copper body.
Nose is abundant with grapefruit, tangerines, with a soft touch of
light caramels and lemon, leafy/floral hops. Classic PNW IPA nose.
Palette is herbal hop, lemon zest, grapefruit rind, salty hop fade on
the finish. Overripe tangerines, navel oranges,, and a faint malt
roundness as it warms. Dry bitter finish.
Soft medium body with a low-medium smooth carbonation.
Good drinking IPA that is classic PNW style; dry, citrusy, and crisp
bitterness. Good stuff.
Serving type: growler
