Poured into a standard pint glass.
Deep yellow/copper with a two inch rocky head that dissapates to chunky clusters of foam and thick ample lace.
Smells of pungent chinook and water soaked grassy earth and pine needles.
Taste is equal to the smell; pungent puch in the mouth of chinook hop and grassy earthy undertones with a touch of bitter than hell grapefruit rind. Yumo! Very satisfying AIPA!
This is moderately drinkable. Personally I like a bit more of a blended malt profile in my American style IPA's. BUT, very good non-the-less.
