Poured from a 12 ounce bottle into a shaker pint glass.
APPEARANCE: slightly hazy with golden/orange color with a one finger head that dissipated quickly into a thin coat of small bubbles, moderate carbonation with minimal lacing.
SMELL: pine, citrus and flowery with bread and yeast, subtle and definitely not assertive or overpowering.
TASTE: the taste does NOT follow the nose on this one, the hops are very assertive and linger in a good way, there is the taste of pine and resin as well. There is no mistaking this is an IPA.
PALATE: medium carbonation, alcohol is well hidden, full bodied and slightly sticky.
OVERALL: a traditional IPA, no complaints except for the price, a very poor value so I will not buy it again as there are similar beers that are more affordable.
Serving type: bottle
