Rogue Yellow Snow IPA poured light gold, like a pilsner, with a massive pillowy head. It left perfect rings of lace from the top to the bottom of the glass. The color was too light; however, the head and lace were remarkable.
The smell and taste were loaded with citrus. It was crisp and delicious. It was aggressive, with loads of hops and a thick, bitter feel. It was an easy pleasurable refreshing drink.
After, appropriately, four hours of digging out of a blizzard, Yellow Snow IPA was a great experience: relaxing, flavorful, and thirst-quenching. This is a great IPA.
