Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.
Look – soft amber color, hazy, with about two fingers’ worth of frothy khaki-colored foam that dissipates slowly.
Smell – mild but ever present hoppy aroma. Somewhat earthy or floral smell as well.
Taste – bitterness of the hops hits first, and then to some extent the taste of the hops. And then the bitterness follows through until the finish. Not much else in the taste that I can discern.
Mouthfeel - pretty well balanced overall, not too watery and not too creamy.
Overall – not a bad brew at all, but not terribly intriguing.
