A: yellow, just like the snow I made yellow outside. Well not really, but it was a golden yellow and more pleasent than my yellow snow cones. Big white head and good lacing.
S: Amarillo hops through and through. Nice citrus hops.
T: Amarillo assualt. Sweet pale malts and bitter hops, the sweet bitter battle goes slightly to the hops. The taste is all amarillo though. Citrus and some pine.
M,D: Oily mouth, but very drinkable. Feels like a nice IPA, and no trace of alcohol. Could drink this brew all day.
Very tasty and great beer to highlight the amarillo.
My buddy had another bottle he brought to share with me on day. His bottle must have been old, since it tasted nothing like this and was just bland and unpleasant. It ended up going down the drain. Be warned! IT'S GOT TO BE REALLY FRESH. We bought the bottles from around the same time but his must have been sitting longer.
