From notes taken last week while on tap at "The Kick-Off" in Waterloo. Long live the plastic, disposable keg!
Given the quality of beers that I have enjoyed from Rogue, don’t believe this is their best effort. Pours a hazy golden colour (almost eponymous) with little head, but still manages impressive lacing down the side of the glass. A rather simple aroma of bitter hops. Likewise the flavour is somewhat one-dimensional, an impressively bitter finish, but the body isn't as complex as it could be.
A brilliant name, but not my favourite Rogue beer.
Serving type: on-tap
