Bottle poured into a regular pint glass.
A: Pours a very hazy straw orange color accompanied by a dense off white head with great lacing around the glass.
S: Nose is that citrus hops and the melanoiden malt is very apparent.
T: Upfront you get some nice citrus notes and a good malt sweetness and then towards the middle the sweetness starts to become less apparent and balances out from the very pleasant hop bitterness. Then in the end you get a smack to the palate of hop bitterness and citrus notes like orange and grapefruit.
M: Mouthfeel is quite nice very medium bodied and a nice medium carbonation. Right on point for an IPA
O: This is one beer that I truly wish was a year round beer instead of a seasonal. I find my self drinking this constantly every winter because it is a fantastic and not to mention extremely affordable IPA
