Pours a cloudy orange with a lasting off white head with good lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, citrus floral hops, some sweet grapefruit notes, some yeast. Taste is nicely balanced between sweet caramel malt and citrus floral hops, with some hints of grapefruit. Palate is a medium body with moderate carbonation. Finishes is nicely balanced sweet caramel malt, yeast with some good citrus floral hops ending leaves some nice sweet bitter notes on the tongue. Overall a very good, balanced and tasty IPA.

A- Lets a bit of light through it's copper colored body that gets a darker amber tone in the center. Very orange. The head is big and foamy and leaves an intricate web of lacing

S- Light, earthy, biscuit-like smells shine through in the aroma and there is a hint sweetness that makes me think of apricot.

T- Not as bitter as a 70 IBU IPA would lead you to believe it is. I guess amarillo hops impart a bitterness that is more similar to the tartness of tropical fruits and perhaps apricots. I would call this a balanced IPA.

M&D- Very smooth from the mini-keg with a medium body and frothy carbonation. MAy have some problems keeping this mini-keg around for more than a couple days.

Pours orange/amber with a large head.
Nose shows light fruit (apple, pear, pineapple) along with spicy hops. Underneath is soft clean malt.
Flavours aren't as interesting, with grapefruit being the main flavour. Some clean malt underneath. Finishes with a metallic bitterness.
Carbonation seems excessive.

YS IPA pours a cloudy orange colour similar to Hopfenweisse. The head dissipates very quickly and there isn't much carbonation to be seen. No lacing.
Despite the average appearance, the smell is really something to behold. It's hugely floral and the hops all on their own really win me over. Smells amazing. The taste is very good, albeit a little one-dimensional. The floral hops are all I can taste - not much balance by the malts. However, I don't consider this a bad thing for an American IPA so I'm happy. The mouthfeel is slightly dry, medium-bodied, medium carbonation. Overall, a good beer. Will buy again.

The appearance is surprisingly cloudy. Aroma is good, a generic citrus character. First sip shows the same. A lot of hops, but a bit generic citrus. Can't really taste the Amarillo hops shining. The finish is a bit on the bitter side. A good IPA, but not what I was quite expecting.
