Served on-tap in a 13oz tulip at Sunset Grill (Boston, MA).
A: Dusky auburn with soft cap of off-white, foamy head with good retention and several thick rings of lace.
S: Hops are resinous with sopme pine and orange rind while that malts provide some light caramel/toffee.
T: Flavor is an explosion of resinous hoppiness -- pine, orange citrus, and plain old-fashioned resin without the leafy, grassy dank character that I am not such a huge fan of. Malts are even and fairly complex to lend some caramel sweetness and provide balance to the resin attack. The bitterness is medium-high but not over the top. The Pacman yeast mybe contributes some light fruity esters, but it is hard to pick up with the resin character.
M: Smooth creamy mouthfeel with medium body and even carbonation.
O: I was very pleasantly surprised by this beer -- big resiny hoppiness if tha's what you're after.

22oz bottle poured into a glass. It has a burnt orange color body with a 2" white creamy head, that hangs out for a lttle bit and leaves a sticky foam on the glass. The smell has a very nice hop aroma and some malt coming through also. The taste has a very bitter hop flavor with a malt backbone. The mouth is very smooth and leaves a bitter after taste on the tongue. Overall this beer is really good.

Served on-draught into an Oskar Blues pilsner glass at a restaurant in SoCal. Reviewed from notes.
A: Pours a three finger beige colour head of nice cream and thickness, and great retention. Colour is a vibrant copper. No yeast particles are visible. No bubble show.
Sm: Delightful floral hops, clean pale malts, and bright fruit. A pleasant aroma of mild strength.
T/Mf: Heavy floral and bittering hops. Accompanying naked bitterness is murky; decently hidden by the malty sweetness. Shockingly light on the palate and refreshing. Quite light on the palate. Fresh and refreshing. Very wet and smooth. Quite well executed.
Dr: Very drinkable and enjoyable. A tasty IPA from Rogue. I'd have it again - but only on-draught. Surprisingly solid stuff from Rogue; I remember it being worse from the bottle.
