From a 22 to a pint glass.
Appearance: Thick 3-4 finger head with the consistency of a whipped jello almost. Some lingering lace. Pours a dark pitch brown which absorbs all visible light.
Aroma: Spicy hops with orange and cinnamon dominate the nose, without much sweetness but yet hinting at a looming malt background.
Flavor: Perfectly bitter with dark chocolate and coffee being the main culprits. A tad smoky and definitely containing a roasted flavor in the finish. It tastes a lot like eating a chocolate-covered coffee bean.
Mouthfeel: Medium body, which is a little light considering some oatmeal stouts chewiness. Very pleasant and definitely should be drunk more than once.
Serving type: bottle
