A-dark cloudy amber with a thin but stable cream colored head. good lacing.
S-smells like a tamed west coast IPA. tropical fruits and hops. medium strength
T-comes in with a unique peppery herbal hoppiness. the taste along with a good bitterness lasts awhile. there is a great tropical fruits flavor that goes along with this. both flavors make up a good after-taste. this is a great and unique beer.
M-creamy medium to low carbonation with a semi dry finish
O-extremely impressed with this one. me being impressed with a rogue beer happens about once a year and today is that day. this might be the best APA i've ever had. i love the tropical aspect to this. its even better than some of my favorite IPAs.

Mahogany brown in color with a moderate murkiness. A fingernail thin bit of off white head rests on top. Light Brussels lacing. I get a faint aroma of piney hops and light malt in the aroma. The flavor is much more piney malt forward, but there is plenty of light malt backbone present. The mouth is fairly light and dry.

650ml bottle bought from Lighthouse Wines, Jordanstown
Poured a nice crystal clear golden copper colour. White head with coppery hints poured big thick and foamy with a meringue like topping then faded slowly to good covering with thick edging... barely any carbonation bubbles... lots of sticky lacing...
Aroma - Lots of juicy mouth watering (slightly tropical ?) fruitiness (grapefruits, oranges, magnoes), light sweet caramel malts, buttery, some bready notes, honey, citrus and grassy hops, light pine, quite floral, talcum powder traces, faint rubbery notes, the faintest hint of clove...
Taste is pretty similar to the aroma... slighty tropical tart fruits (grapefruits oranges, limes), good peppery and citrus hop bitterness balanced by caramel sweetness, chalky traces, light metallic notes, quite biscuity...
M&D - Smooth initially with a little sharpness underneath... medium bodied... an extremely quaffable brew - just slightly above sessionable at 6.0%
Overall - An excellent APA... one of the best i've had in a while. If this was readily available i would always have it in my cupboard... highly recommended...
