Drinking my second one at David Copperfield's Ale House in NYC as I type. There were no single IPAs that were new to me on tap, so I went for this Pale Ale from Rogue, one of my favorites.
I was told it was hoppy like an IPA and thats what it is. Frankly this is hoppier than some well known IPA's that I've had. Simply put, IMHO this is an IPA, and I will judge it as such. And it is excellent!
Balanced, with that nuanced bitterness that you want in an IPA. This one is fresh and delicious! Big up!

Mahogany brown in color with a moderate murkiness. A fingernail thin bit of off white head rests on top. Light Brussels lacing. I get a faint aroma of piney hops and light malt in the aroma. The flavor is much more piney malt forward, but there is plenty of light malt backbone present. The mouth is fairly light and dry.

650ml bottle bought from Lighthouse Wines, Jordanstown
Poured a nice crystal clear golden copper colour. White head with coppery hints poured big thick and foamy with a meringue like topping then faded slowly to good covering with thick edging... barely any carbonation bubbles... lots of sticky lacing...
Aroma - Lots of juicy mouth watering (slightly tropical ?) fruitiness (grapefruits, oranges, magnoes), light sweet caramel malts, buttery, some bready notes, honey, citrus and grassy hops, light pine, quite floral, talcum powder traces, faint rubbery notes, the faintest hint of clove...
Taste is pretty similar to the aroma... slighty tropical tart fruits (grapefruits oranges, limes), good peppery and citrus hop bitterness balanced by caramel sweetness, chalky traces, light metallic notes, quite biscuity...
M&D - Smooth initially with a little sharpness underneath... medium bodied... an extremely quaffable brew - just slightly above sessionable at 6.0%
Overall - An excellent APA... one of the best i've had in a while. If this was readily available i would always have it in my cupboard... highly recommended...
