220z brown bomber. No freshness dating, but it includes the funny blurb about free range water.
The beer pours a yellow almost metallic gold with a dense white head. Wonderful lacing!
Nice aroma of pine, citrus (grapefruit) and an almost sugar like smell. Very fresh smelling.
The taste is almost grassy with a nice amount of bitterness. Im a little surprised because the beer has almost a sour taste. The beer has some pine taste and is also a bit metallic (but not in a bad way). The hops become more assertive as you work your way through. Is it one of their hop varieties that gives it that slightly sour tang or is the juniper berries?
Good mouhfeel as the beer is soft and creamy with a brisk dry finish. Drinkablity is solid.
Nice beer, I still cant figure out the sourness, but I enjoyed it!

Yellow liquid with a hint of orange; murky.
Nice white head; nice, if spotty, lacing.
Slight hops, slight lager in the nose. Not much to smell.
Thin mouthfeel.
Basically tastes like a macro lager, but slightly better. Not tasting juniper berries here. Disappointing.

From notes taken 03/28/16:
Mostly clear light orange amber body, but full of minute suspended flakes. Foamy eggshell white head of moderate retention. Strong honey, resin, crackers, tea, esters on the nose, nothing to suggest juniper. Semi-tart throughout, a little papery, pine/juniper like hops, vegetal, almost rindy bitterness. A little more juniper in the aftertaste. Medium-bodied, medium carbonation with sparse prickles and abundant suds.
