Served poured from bomber into Pilsener glass.
A: Beautifully clear, straw-colored body with a 1-finger dense, creamy white head. Extremely appetizing.
S: Whiff of lemon zest, faint breadiness. The subdued nose I expect from the style.
T: Superb mixture of spicey & lemongrass hop flavor balanced on a delicate malt background. Light and high carbed body. Just an exceptionally clean and refreshing beer all around, pulling off a knockout pilsener that rivals some of the finest European examples. The lemongrass character reminds me of Spaten's Helles, but it's far better.
M: Light & bubbly, easy-going for this easy-drinking pils.
