22 oz. bottle, with no apparent bottled on or freshness date present. Yellow painted bottle looks very cool nonetheless, and I know this beer is on the fresh side of things. 5.90% abv is not listed on the bottle that I can tell, so I'm putting my faith in BeerAdvocate here. Not a style I am too familiar with, but I have confidence in Rogue, despite their poor reviews.
Poured into a clear balloon snifter glass.
A - Pours a murky light golden honey yellow colored body with about one and a half fingers of soft bone white foam for a head.
S - Smell is of the usual suspects: fresh grains, corn, raw honey, lemongrass. Not a very powerful aroma, but hits it's mark. Very authentic fresh honey smell is beautiful.
T - Taste follows the nose: fresh cut grains, corn, lemongrass, fresh raw honey, crisp carbonation. The honey might not be as pronounced as I had hoped for, but it is definitely in there, and honey has got to be a hard flavor to capture in a beer.
M - Feel is crisp, carbonated, a bit of stickiness lingering.
Overall, a nice beer from Rogue, but not likely something I would pay the ten dollars for again. The effort is beautiful though, and the natural wild honey that comes through in the aroma is remarkable, and is worth getting the beer for on it's own. Super drinkable and sessionable even, glad to have tried it, but it isn't likely something I'll buy again.

22oz bottle, poured into a glass. The body has a light gold color with a small thin head. The smell has a sweet and grassy smell to it. The taste has that great kolsh flavor with a nice hint of honey. It also has a good bite to it. Mouthfeel is good and overall a good beer.
