on tap.
No head on this light amber beer. Excellent clarity; light carbonation by appearance.
Smooth; light carbonation; ABV feels (and tastes and smells) very low for style.
Aroma: light, sweet and lemony.

O: a very light mead in every sense, with a pleasant citrus/honey/bread flavor.

Serving type: on-tap

Taste was sweet but not as powerful with the honey as was expecting. Has a slight thickness in the mouth. After bite is a bit harsh but not powerful enough to overwhelm the flavor. Nice golden color with a nice head. Easy drinker and not hard to handle a few of them.

This is what they call White in mead judging: golden yellow with great clarity. Some carbonation, but not enough to keep it out of still category. Aroma is Orange Blossom with a hint of wildflower floral. But starting with the mouthfeel into taste is where it falls down. There's a harshness that could be confused with tannins, but more likely the carbonic bite of the carbonation combined with some high alcohol. It's NOT "alcoholic," just a wrong/higher alcohol that adds a sandpaper sense to the roof of the mouth and taste. Not "bad," just makes it a tad undrinkable. balance is an issue here. Too much of that, not enough of the honey goodness. The Filling Station lady told me "sweet." If you want a good example of "sweet" try Chaucers. But this is a bit tough to tell because the harshness makes it seem more medium. The sweet is disguised by the harsh.

Bright golden color with a fluffy head with medium retention, but with apparent carbonation feeding a constant foam.
Predominant aroma of champagne and flowery honey with notes of jasmine.
Similarly, sweet flavor of honey, champagne and flowers, probably the stated Jasmine. Hints of white grapes, some citrusy, pollen and martini. Dry aftertaste with a total absence of bitterness.
Light to medium body with champagne carbonation.
It tasted more like a soda with a hint of white grapes mixed with alcohol rather than beer. A bit hard to drink the big bottle. It could be a good choice if you are expecting champagne or cider type of beverage, which I am not so found of.
