Clearish red-brown colour with a creamy, light tan head. Decent head retention for a sour.
Sweet and sour aroma with plenty of sweet Balsamic vinegar notes. Possibly a bit too much acetic but the fruitiness plays well with the acid.
Again, more sweet and sour with some lovely tart cherry and vinous grape notes coming out too. A touch too acetic but it works in this beer to create some akin to a good aged Balsamico.
Medium body with moderate carbonation. Nice.
A lovely beer that almost treads the line between Flanders Red and Brown but has a lovely sweet and sour flavour that complements the underlying fruit notes. Despite the acetic note, it comes across as relatively balanced. Very enjoyable.
