Pours a hazy yellowy-green color that has a finger of pure white head sat on top; don't know why, but the greenish tint just doesn't make this look appetizing.
Aroma has hint of light grains; some citrus and yeastiness; not too bad, but nothing exceptional in this department. The flavor is really lacking a snappiness in either spice, citrus, or anything really associated with the style. Still there are some citrus fruit tones that help the drinkability along, but a distinct graininess kicks in (like almost all of their brews) and really knocks things back a notch. MF is thinner and a little fluffy. Drinkability is not high in what I expect to be a tart, citric, spicy, thirst-quenching style. Meh.

Served in a taster glass
Enjoyed at Les Brasseurs while visiting Geneva, Switzerland. First in the flight of all five beers available on-draft while visiting.
A: Pale, hazy yellow. Quarter (frothy white) fingernail head.
S: Corriander, cracked wheat, and German wheat malt.
T: Crisp. Balance malt character with a hint of hops. Reminds me of a farmhouse ale, but very tasty and smooth. Balanced spice comes thru near finish which leaves you wanting more.
M: Light body and carbonation.
O: Simple, smooth, and just easy to drink. Not great, but good.

I had this on tap at Les Brasseurs in Geneva. It was served in a small chalice.
Classic wit appearance and aroma. Nice translucent white color and yeasty aroma. The head was fuller than on the blonde or the ambre from the same brewery. Decent taste of yeast and wheat, not so much orange peel detected in this version.
Nice addition to the evening's beers.
