I'm not the biggest fan of many of their beers or their mega-"craft" status. Still, this place has a great location just off of the bike trail, an interesting tour, the food is good, the service is usually friendly and they always have some interesting guest and cask beers that are not their standard mass-produced offerings. (327 characters)

Came here for a brewery tour. It was $5 and was set up very well. The group is keep in a tap room while the guide pours samples and give history of the brewery. Then the process of brewing beer.

There is no walking just a model of the equipment is on display and a balcony that shows the fermentation room which is nice.

6 samples and a complementary pint glass for $5 is well worth it. The food is great too (411 characters)

Growing up around and even in the Woodinville WA area, it has been nice to have such a reputable establishment like the Redhook Ale Brewery at our disposal. . . That being said, they were better when I was a younger chap just getting into the "ale game". . . One could almost consider them a "gateway" into the culture. . .

Their beer is not nearly as power-punch packing as I once considered it. Even their highly esteemed Longhammer IPA (my long time best friend) doesn't hold up to some of the others of its class that I have better enjoyed in recent years. Outside of their commercialized let down in beer quality though, they have still stayed true in being a very nice ale house to frequent. Their food is always on par, I really appreciate their recent remodel that just took place, the overall vibe is just, and they deserve to still be considered a top dog in the Washington region when it comes to wearing their beer badge of pride.

Oh, and we have to pay them their due for having the balls to put on the summer cinema series every year where hoards of barely drink-legal 20 somethings pack the out door lot to indulge while watching classic party films on a big screen. . . It is way too jam packed, under facilitated at times, and you can't really enjoy the films as much, but props are still needing to be paid to Redhook for continually putting on the party. (1,377 characters)

One of the better big name breweries in the PNW. Place is always busy so plan on a little wait or get there a bit earlier than normal meal times to find a table. Servers are fun, knowledgeable, eager, and helpful. Beers are always changing, they have the big names we all know about but they also have more unique and local specialties to try as well. Food is always tasty but I'm a simple person when it comes to eating while on a Brewery tour of the area. Great tours are available for (at least when I went last) $1, but I think the price is $5 now. You get a little sampler glass to keep and you go up with a guide who tells the story of the brewery while you sample 6 beers. Again, if you go to some of the bigger name breweries this is one of the better experiences. (772 characters)
