Served in a globe.

A - Cloudy amber hue with a large ivory head. Fair retention with average lacing.

S - Malts, light caramel, ginger and citrus. Rather bland to my nose.

T - Lots of bread with a touch of the elements in the nose.

M - Medium body with moderate carbonation.

O - For a low-ABV APA, this is not half bad, just not for me.

Saw "Porkslap," on the menu, absolutely had to order one. Well, the name is the only thing that this beer has going for it. Extremely bland on all counts. Absolutely nothing to pick up on the nose, and about as much complexity as extremely diluted sewer water. Don't let the awesome name of this beer deceive you.

A beautiful amber pale ale with a crisp taste when ICE COLD. the carbonation subsides rather quickly, so you should drink quickly!

A - Light amber with hints of hop, malt and citrus...a little nutmeg too

S - metallic due to can

T - Tons of hop and malt at first, but a smooooth finish

M - Crisp and watery; low carbonation throughout

Overall - Drink it fast! The carbonation falls as does the coolness, but still refreshing
