Cool label. The tree leaves started to fade once it warmed up.
Amber color with a three finger somewhat aired head with decent retention.
Funky aroma with lots of barnyard notes at first. Hints of lemon, mild alcohol and vinegar drops.
Flavor with notes of lemon, hay, a bit of berries and yellow fruits, some smoke, chalk, cinnamon and mild vinegar. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Light towards medium body with appropriate carbonation.
This American Wild Ale was fully attenuated once it is getting close to expiration date. Also, Brett got funkier, but is still not a tart bomb. Interesting balance of flavors.

Bottle from hoppypocket for CanBIF Fall 2013. Good to have some Mikkeller back in my life.
A - Pours deep copper and cloudy with good carbonation and a finger of off white head. Good spotty lace and a half finger of retention.
S - Bretty, dusty, musty. Maybe lemon candy.
T - Bretty again and dusty. Very limited and not strong. Mildly fruity/sour fruits and woody.
M - Strong carbonation, medium to full and frothy body with a dry finish.
O/D - Not tart at all. Definitely Bretty. Not overly strong in any capacity though, and a tad bit of a letdown. Not bad, just seemingly plain.
