Poured from 750 mL bottle into shaker pint glass.
A: Pours a moderately hazy lemon yellow with high carbonation producing a 3 inch thick bubbly white head. Good retention and lacing.
S: Nice lemon citrus hops, belgian spice, and hints of orange and white pepper.
T: Sweet and clear lemon hops, belgian spice, orange zest, grapefruit, and white pepper. Lacks the typical bite of a wit and in its place lies dry and slightly earthy hops. Interesting.
M: Clean, smooth, and slightly sweet. Nice carbonation effervescence. Moderately dry with a slightly bitter hop finish.
D: Not your typical take on a wit...wait a minute...yup, that's what the beer told you right off the bat. An interesting and refreshing brew. Solid...just not stupendous. I do like the creativity which is a hallmark of Mikkeller.

Pours a nice bright gold color. The liquid is moderately hazy. Surprisingly, on the less hazy side for the style. Big white head. Lots of fine foam. Excellent retention and lots of lacing. Really nice looking stuff. The aroma is bright and fresh with wheat and hops. Bready malt with lots of wheat flavor. Pineapple, lemon and grass from the hops. It's definitely more hop forward than most wits with some nice fruit flavor. Mangoes, peaches, limes. All quite gentle and sweet. Lots of wheat flavor in the taste, as well. The hops similarly bring their fruitiness over to the taste, but it's more citric. More lime than anything. Mild bitterness. Hoppy finish. Effervescent carbonation. It's very carbonated, but it's creamy, rather than prickly. Very soft feel. Tasty stuff. This is one of the best wits around.

Pours a medium gold color with a white soapy head and plenty of lacing. Good clarity and a pristine looking beer. The aroma is fruity and hoppy with some herbal notes and well as a bit tropical. Dusty wheat also factors in.

The flavor is piney and resinous, grapefruit zest both from hops and dried peel additions. Wheat malt adds a damp hay and faint cotton candy note. Mild acidity from hops and citrus. Even balance but definitely citrusy.

Medium to full body with a high carbonation. Overall, this is a sophisticated Belgian wit worthy of imbibing anytime.

Golden color, with huge creamy white head the persisted. Belgium double, wheat beer type smell with slight citrus and spicy smell. Delicious taste; smooth wheaty taste with slight citrus and spice and a mild hoppy finish. Medium body with lots of medium carbonation. Overall I found this to a be a delicious beer. Left me wanting more.

Pours cloudy golden with a huge (!) foamy heady. Good retention, lots of sticky lace afterwards.
There's a pineapple on the label and that's the first thing i smell. Grass and field herbs too, green hay, lime, citrus peel and spices. Sure, the hops give off most of that, but there is a certain witbier feel to it, so i'm not screaming "hop bomb" yet.
Still not screaming it. Nice citrus peel and juice, with tasty lime, tangerines and grapefruit, faint tropical notes too (kumquats?). Spicy Belgian yeasts go hand in hand with herbs, nice coriander, white pepper, faint lemongrass and mint, floral notes, faint clove. Feels more exotic rather than soapy. Wheat, wet hay and barnyard dry up the finish, mildly bitter. Tasty hops lingering.
Yeasty body, prickly carbonated at first, then rather creamy and chunky. Fits nicely.
I'm happy this turned out to be an almost perfect craft. Not the most expensive Mikkeller, but probably better than most of those. Great hoppy wit.

Tried this beer on tap:

- Belgian white, with strong similarity notes of the famous commercial Dutch beer Hoegaarden.
- With distinctive flavours and after taste.

- No body, poor mouth feel for a wheat beer.

Not the best beer of the Mikkeller ApS Range.

Pours hazy golden in color with a big 2 finger fluffy white head. Head has great retention and leaves a fair amount of lacing around the glass

Smell has some lemon rind like fruity esters forward wild some mild hints of Vinegar. There is a nice mild sweet grainy malt aromas before a few spices come in on the back end.

Taste has some Belgian spicy phenols forward, mainly coriander and peppercorn. Some light lemon esters are also present however Not a whole lot of vinegar or sour shows up relative to the aroma. This keeps it mild and drinkable. Some nice grainy and straw like malt come through midway through the sip before a mild hop bitterness and more lemon rind on the exhale.

Mouthfeel is good, moderate carbonation with a sticky feel keeps this nice and fizzy but soft due to the sticky body. Not a whole lot of hop bitterness but there is a good spicy dry Belgian finish.
