Pour out as dark as any beer I have seen with a really dark brown, one-finger head with little retention and a tiny bit of lacing. Smell is definitely dark fruits, dark/burnt malts, and a nice little bit of coffee but not overpowering. Taste is really nice. There are the dark/burnt malts and everything that was in the nose but the coffee or something is radiating a nice caramel taste that really sticks out and is quite a nice, noticeable surprise. Mouthfeel is medium thick when swished around the mouth. Overall this is the 2nd time I have had this beer and I love it this time just as much as I remember. I'm not sure if the caramel is coming from the weasel coffee but it really gives this beer a nice kick that sticks out and makes it REALLY good.

Pour: Poured into a snifter. Presents a deep ebony hue with a tiny ring of head that quickly dissipates.

Aroma: Up front is coffee, bitter cocoa and smoked/charred wood. I'm getting hints of roasted coconut as well as a booze at the end.

Taste: There's a heavy bitter coffee and roasted malt flavor. It reminds me a little of a chocolate covered espresso bean. A slightly nutty/smokey finish that is quickly overshadowed by a bitter coffee and roasted malt aftertaste that hangs on the roof of your mouth for several minutes after siping.

Mouthfeel: Very warm on the palette with a slight, fizzy carbonation. This stout is extremely smooth going down.

Overall: This is a deeply tasty stout. I'm not the biggest fan of oatmeal stouts, but this one has me reevaluating my tasting preferences. This is definitely a beer I will be getting again and in a larger quantity. If you are a fan of big stouts, and see this one on a shelf somewhere, give it a shot.

Nice, but only bought one bottle for the novelty of the coffee content which is hardly noticed until I get their "regular" stout to compare.

Pours with a nice "used oil" color and 1 inch of fine foam head---maybe a slightly darker body and head than Guinness stout.

Definitely has a roasted malt and currant/raisin aroma of a typical Imperial as it warms and with some baker's chocolate note. At first pour from fridge, it barely registers on the nose.

Slight oily mouthfeel and not quite as bitter as Guinness, in my opinion. Slight coffee finish and fruitiness of prunes--maybe? Slight chocolate taste as it warms in the mouth.

Finish is slight and pleasant. Very smooth considering the 10% ABV. Pricey and for the novelty only.

330ml bottle poured into a couple small sampler glasses.

Pours black with a small, late blooming brown head. Head mostly fades quickly. Looks viscous as all hell. Smell is surprisingly muted (but it's coldish). I smell primarily coffee, a little smokey roastiness. Some slight fruitiness.

Taste brings out a lot more fruitiness. Cherry flavor is definitely there, lots of coffee flavor of course. Maybe some black licorice, some nearly burnt roasty flavor.

Mouthfeel is actually really nice. Thick, but surprisingly effervescent. Overall, this beer is decadent. Very nice.
