Bravo Mikkeller ;-)

Copper color, plenty of levity and air under the 3/5" white head that didn't yield, while not the tightest clumping, its retention and appearance were solid. CTZ hops seem to be more pungent than what came out in the aroma.
Taste is a dry body that drops substantial bitterness. Goes hard with unsweetened grapefruit. I grow Tomahawk hops and they seem like they have more going on then is yielded here, this doesn't really break free from the confines of the traditional C hops. When you factor in the high price tag on these single 12oz bottles ($5/6) it just can't be a repeat purchase even if it was fun to try and tick a single hop.

Pours a clear dark amber with a ruby cast. Very nice head with excellent lacing. Nose of floral hops over a light biscuit. Light medium body with normal carbonation. Nice flavor profile that is slightly hop forward over biscuit with some caramel in the background. The finish is clean with a residual alcohol note.
