Very vibrant in appearance. Mouthfeel is creamier than expected. I am not picking up the grand marnier much here but this is pleasant nonetheless. Has a wet hay/barnyard sort of feel, which is slightly restrained.

A: The beer is very hazy yellowish amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head that died down a little and consistently left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of funk are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste starts out as being funky and has notes of Grand Marnier towards the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite funky, particularly in the smell. The cognac only makes an appearance in the latter portion of the taste, helping to balance out the horse blanket flavors, and lingers a little through the finish.
