Pours a reddish gold body with lace patches and has a sour, boozy, dark fruit aroma (raisins). Smooth, pleasant dark fruit tastes (raisins and figs) along with some bitter hops and flavors. Finishes dry and bitter but also has some sweetness to it. Booze pokes out on the backend as does some juicy sourness. Not a bad brew but all over the place and sporadic with its delivery of different notes.

Pours an effervescent orange with 3+ fingers of cream colored head. Stellar lacing & head retention
S: Faint Brett notes, that pick up steam quickly, over-ripe peaches & little bit of pear
T: Some Brett, pears & wine sap apples up front. Peppery notes & a little bit of grapefruit as this warms, a little bit of peach as well, Chardonnay dryness too, plus pineapple. Finishes dry, fruity & with much Brett
MF: Light bodied, moderate carbonation, crisp
Drinks easy, I like the Brett aspect of this, too pricey to be in my rotation though...

On tap at Congregation Ale House in Pasadena, CA.
Pours a hazy dark honey orange with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, candied fruit, Brett, and earth aromas. Taste is much the same with slightly sour malt, fruit, and Brett flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of Brett bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some interesting Brett qualities all around.
