Pours a briilliant clear light gold with a white head. Aroma is dry and lightly Saazy.

Taste is dry, pale malt and bitter hops. A little nutty, a little corny, faint trace of lemon, lots of dry Saaz flavors. Not quite as rich or as robust as a pilsner, but plenty of flavor.

Mouthfeel is light and crisp with a mild hoppy aftertaste. Brewed to satisfy both the macro crowd and beer geeks, I think it straddles the line very well. (435 characters)

The beer pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma is grassy hops with some bready malt. I also get some unidentified spices. The flavor is grassy hops, biscuity malt, grapes and pepper. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Nothing too exciting, but a very nice, easy drinking Helles. (296 characters)

Cowboy is a pale golden color with almost no head. Aroma is typical lager sweetness with a bit of herbal hop. Style is described as a helles on the menu, however I see this fitting the American all-malt lager category instead. Flavor is on the hoppy side for a lager, which for this beer creates a bit of a rough taste. Sweetness is lacking here, the balance is somewhat off. Overall, this beer is fairly average, and I hate being teased with a helles and end up with a standard American lager. Still, I understand why this beer is on the menu and respect the choice. (567 characters)
