Poured into lager glass.
15% Plato.
Pours almost clear ruby beer with nice rocky beige head, good retention.
Uncommon smell - bready, earthy, caramel, grain, dates, dried fruits, diacetyl.
Taste - caramel, bread, earthy, some hops.
Medium body and soft carbonation. Not bad.

1 l bottle from the brewery
Pours hazy amber with thin tan bubbly head than immediately turns into patchy layer. Aroma is light fruity esters mostly, some hints of malt.
Taste is mild roasted malt, light fruity esters with fresh sourish herbal (maybe licorice) bitterness, rather dry finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium with moderate carbonation.
Overall, one of the best beers from the Baltic States. Maybe it is not up to the German standards, but it is a rare quality treat in this region.
